Kristin Luu serves as a Partner in the Digital Practice at Buffkin/Baker, focusing on senior level executive searches out of our Chicago Office. Kristin is a seasoned search professional, which includes a depth of recruiting experience in both the digital and agency space, for the past 21 years. Additionally, she has owned and operated a successful national search firm. Her passion is building high performance teams, utilizing coaching and personality assessments, to identify transformational hires. Clients range from privately held to public companies, including Private Equity backed companies, for executive level through Board member searches.
Prior to Buffkin/Baker, she has served as Chief Talent Officer for Manifest, a national digital marketing agency, helping to build their leadership team. Prior to Manifest, Kristin has 15 years of experience consulting, privately held agencies and public companies, as well as, owning and operating a national staffing firm.
Kristin lives in Chicago’s neighborhood of Wicker Park, with her husband and twins.
